An overview of my academic journey, detailing how I completed my Diploma in Mathematical Sciences
These are the personal projects I developed, and the skills, mindset,
and values I bring as an individual and aspiring professional.

I am an analytical and results-driven Mathematical Sciences graduate from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), with a strong passion for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers. I completed my final-year studies in 2025 and am set to graduate in 2026. My academic journey has provided me with a solid foundation in statistics, numerical modeling, and data analysis, equipping me to solve real-world challenges with data-driven solutions. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience with Python, R, and ML, and developed proficiency in time-series forecasting techniques, including ARIMA and SARIMA. I have successfully handled, cleaned, and modeled large-scale real-world datasets, including government data, consistently achieving strong academic distinctions.

In addition to my academic work, I actively engage in personal projects to apply my skills in practical settings. For example, I developed a predictive loan approval decision tree Machine Learning project, designed to determine whether individuals would likely be approved or rejected for loans. These projects showcase my ability to work with data from data cleaning to modeling, visualization, and interpretation. I am a technically versatile problem-solver, a lifelong learner, and highly motivated to bring my academic success into an innovative and data-driven professional environment. With proven results, including a distinction in a major project and 72 percent on the other project, I am eager to contribute to teams that value analytics, creativity, and impactful insights.
